At UltraServers, we strive to provide top-notch game hosting services and offer a 7-day refund period to give you plenty of time to try our service. If you need to request a refund, this guide walks you through the process step-by-step to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

Submit a Support Ticket

<p class="callout warning"> Ensure you have downloaded any data you wish to keep as upon the refund being issued your service will be terminated.- To request a refund, you need to submit a ticket from the panel

- In the left-hand sidebar, press 1 Tickets.
- 2 Click the Billing & Accounts button.
- 3 Next, select the game server plan you want to be refunded for.
- 4 Write the refund request ticket. Please use the template below for the refund request.

- When writing your ticket, be clear and concise. Here is a template you can use for your refund request:
- 5 After filling in the template, submit your ticket. Our support team will review your request and respond accordingly.

If you wish to just cancel
- If you decide that you no longer require our services and just want to cancel, you can do so easily by following the instructions in Cancel a Game Server.
