At UltraServers, we strive to provide top-notch game hosting services and offer a 7-day refund period to give you plenty of time to try our service. If you find yourself needing to request a refund, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step, ensuring that your experience is as smooth as possible.
Submit a Support Ticket
- To request a refund, you need to submit a ticket from the panel
- For detailed instructions, see Submit a Support Ticket.
- In the left-hand sidebar, press 1 Tickets.
- Set 2 Department to
Billing & Accounts. - 3 Next, select the game server plan you want to be refunded for.
- Then proceed to write the refund request ticket. Please use the below refund request template.

- When writing your ticket, it’s important to be clear and concise. Here is a template you can use for your refund request:

Dear UltraServers Support,
I am writing to request a refund for my server. [Briefly explain your reason for the refund].
