Cancel a Game Server
Whether you are wrapping up for now or plan to return later, cancelling your server is designed to be simple and stress-free. It allows you to manage your game server plan easily and on your terms.
Access Panel
- Login to the panel. See Access the Panel for instructions.
- Enter your access credentials correctly to log in successfully.
Locate Plans
- Next, locate the Plans tab on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click on the same to open the Plans list.
Locate the Specific Plan
- Now, a list of all your game server plans will be revealed.
- Click on the specific plan for which you want to submit a cancellation request.
Cancellation
- On the plan details page, click on the Request Cancellation button.
- Please enter a reason or give us feedback in the cancellation request description field.
- And then, select the Cancellation Type from the drop-down.
- Immediate: The game server plan will be cancelled immediatelly, usually within 24 hours of submitting the cancellation request.
- End of Billing Period: The game server plan will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period, and no new invoice will be generated.
- Finally, submit your request by clicking on the Request Cancellation button.
