Submit a Support Ticket
In this guide, we will show you can submit a ticket to our support team. You can also ask questions on our Discord server, as many of our staff and community support are happy to help.
Login to the Panel
- Login to the panel. See Access the Panel for instructions.
 - Click the 1 Tickets tab on the navigation bar on the left hand.
 - Here, you can see your 2 previously submitted tickets, and you can also 3 Open New Ticket.
 
Submit a Ticket
- To submit a new ticket, click the 3 Open New Ticket button in the top right corner.
 - Select the ticket department to which the ticket is being addressed.
 
- Please fill in all the fields thoroughly to make the resolution easier for the support staff. Below, you will find a description of each priority level.
 - High - unusable or severely restricting usage
 - Medium - Restricting usage
 - Low - It doesn’t work reasonably as expected; general question
 - 1 Enter the relevant ticket subject.
 - 2 Select the correct ticket department.
 - 3 Select the correct Plan.
 - 4 Set a Priority level for the ticket.
 - 5 Enter a detailed ticket message.
 - 6 Attachments can be added here if required.
 - 7 Click the Submit button to submit the ticket.
 
Wait for a Response
- Once you have submitted your ticket, your resolution will be pending.
 - Once our support team has replied to your ticket, a notification will be sent to your email address.
