Change online-mode Setting

In this guide, we will step-by-step show you how to set the value of online-mode for your Minecraft server. Online-mode is a server setting that configures whether players authenticate through Mojang’s servers before connecting to your server. Understanding and adjusting the online-mode setting enables server administrators to manage player authentication effectively, ensuring server security and controlling access.

Setting online-mode value to false will allow cracked clients to join your Minecraft server. We DO NOT condone the use of cracked clients. However, if you decide to join using these clients we are not responsible for any issues that may fall upon your server and official support will not be provided.

Access Panel

Login to the panel. See Access the Panel for instructions.
Go to the 1 Servers tab.
2 Then, go into your server.

Navigate to Files

Go into the 1 Files tab
Locate and open the 2 server.properties file.

Change online-mode value

1 Now hit ctrl+f, type online-mode and press ENTER.
Scroll down to the 2 online-mode=true line and edit it accordingly to be true or false.

true: Mojang authentication is enabled.
false: Mojang authentication is disabled.

Finally, click 3 Save Content to save your changes to the file.

Restart the Server

Restart your server to make sure all changes can apply correctly.
