Install Crazy Craft on your Minecraft Server
Crazy Craft 4 is a multiplayer modpack for Minecraft Java Edition 1.7.10. The latest official release is version 4.2 and contains 88 mods. This guide explains how to install Crazy Craft on an UltraServers Minecraft server, set up the VoidLauncher client, and connect to the server.
Prepare the Server
- Log in to the UltraServers panel.
- Open the Minecraft server on which you want to install Crazy Craft.
- Create a server backup.
- Stop the server before beginning the installation.
Install Crazy Craft
- Select the 1 Modpacks tab from the left sidebar.
- Select 2 Voids Wrath from the Provider menu.
- Find Crazy Craft 4.0 in the modpack list.
- Click the 3 Install button next to Crazy Craft 4.0.
- Select 1 Latest from the Modpack version menu.
- Enable 2 Delete all files to perform a clean installation.
- Click the 3 Install button.
- Wait for the installation to finish before starting the server.
- Return to the Console tab.
- Start the server.
- Wait until the server status changes to Running and startup finishes successfully.
Install VoidLauncher
- Open the official Crazy Craft 4 page.
- Scroll to the download section.
- Click Download the Launcher.
- Select the appropriate download from the VoidLauncher page:
- Select Download for Windows to download the Windows ZIP package.
- Select Cross Platform Download to download the Java package.
- If you downloaded the Windows package, extract
VoidLauncher.zip. - Open the extracted folder.
- Run
VoidLauncher.exe.
- Sign in with the account that owns Minecraft Java Edition.
Configure VoidLauncher
- Click the 1 Options button.
- Select an appropriate value from 2 Memory size to allocate to Minecraft.
- Leave enough memory available for your operating system and other applications.
- Return to the modpack list.
- Select 3 CrazyCraft 4.
- Confirm that modpack version 4.2 is selected.
- Click the 4 Play button.
- Wait for VoidLauncher to download the modpack and start Minecraft.
Connect to the Server
- In the UltraServers panel, copy the server address and port.
- Start Crazy Craft through VoidLauncher.
- Select the Multiplayer button from the Minecraft main menu.
- Click the Add Server button.
- Enter a name in the Server Name field.
- Enter the UltraServers address in the Server Address field using the following format:
IP:PORT
- Click the Done button.
- Select the server from the multiplayer server list.
- Confirm that the server displays green connection bars.
- Click the Join Server button.
Troubleshoot the Installation
- Confirm that the server and client both use Crazy Craft version 4.2.
- Confirm that VoidLauncher starts Minecraft 1.7.10.
- Confirm that you installed 64-bit Java 8 if VoidLauncher does not start.
- Restart VoidLauncher if the modpack download does not begin.
- Review the server Console for errors if the server does not reach the Running state.
