Add Funds to your Account
Adding funds to your account’s credit balance helps prevent service disruptions and ensures seamless payments. It lets you make instant purchases without re-entering payment details and avoids suspension for overdue invoices.
Navigate to Add Funds
- Log in to your account.
- On the left-hand navigation bar, locate and click on Add Funds.
Enter the Amount
- On the Add Funds page, you will see two fields.
- In the
Amount to Addfield, enter the amount you wish to add.
Select a Payment Method
- Click on the Payment Method field.
- Choose between
StripeorPayPalas your payment method.
Confirm and Proceed
- Click on the Add Funds button to proceed to the payment page.
Pay via Stripe
- If you do not have a saved card, follow this guide.
- If you have a saved card, select it from the available options.
- Click Submit Payment to complete the transaction.
Pay via PayPal
- You will be redirected to the Invoice Payment page.
- You will see two payment options: PayPal Checkout and Debit or Credit Card.
- Select your preferred option, then proceed with payment as usual.
- Once a successful payment has been made, your funds will be added to your account credit balance.
- You can see your positive credit balance at the bottom of the left-hand Sidebar of the panel.
