Fix Server Connection Timed Out Error
This guide shows a few things you can try if your Minecraft server shows the “Server connection timed out” error. These methods are not guaranteed to work, but they are worth attempting before contacting support.
Access the Panel
- Log in to the panel. See Access the Panel for instructions.
Vanilla
Restart the Server
- Click the Restart Server button and wait for it to be online again.
- Finally, connect to your server in Minecraft.
Use Direct Connection
- Log in to your Minecraft account and open the server list.
- Click Direct Connection.
- Copy your Minecraft server’s IP address from the panel.
- Paste it into the Direct Connection field and press ENTER.
