Set the Default Gamemode
Sometimes you may want to have a gamemode pre-set other than survival when joining a server. This guide shows which configuration to change.
Access Panel
- Login to the panel. See Linked page for instructions.
Navigate to Files
- Go to the 1 Files tab of your server.
- Click on the 2
server.propertiesfile present in the file list.
Configure Gamemode
- Locate the 1
gamemodeline in the file editor. You may change its value to one of the following game modes. survivalcreativeadventurespectator- Click on the 2 Save Content button to save the changes to the file.
- Restart your Minecraft server for the changes to apply.
Restart the Server
- Restart your server to make sure all changes can apply correctly.
