How to authenticate your Hytale Server

This guide walks you through authenticating your Hytale server and getting it up and running. Follow the steps below to access the panel and configure your server authentication settings.

Log in to the Panel

• To login, you can refer to the Access the Panel guide.
• Depending on your login method, you may be directed to different areas of the panel.
• If not, navigate to the server where Hytale is installed.

Authentication Prompt

After accessing your Hytale server in the panel, you will be prompted for authentication. The system will present you with options to set up your server's authentication method.

• You may be asked to go to the console to complete the authentication process. Click the Go to Console button.
• Alternatively, the panel may ask you to authenticate directly. Click the Authenticate with Hytale button.

Enter Authorization Code

After clicking the authentication button, a Hytale authorization page should open automatically in your browser. You will also see an authorization code displayed in the panel prompt.

• Copy the authorization code shown in the prompt.
• If the authorization page didn't open automatically, click the link provided in the prompt to open it manually.
• Paste the copied code into the authorization field on the Hytale page.
• Click the Done button to complete the authentication process.

• You’ll be asked to approve the authorization. Click the Approve button.

• You can now close the tab and head back to the previous tab.

Select Your Profile

After approving the authorization, you'll see a prompt displaying your username or associated accounts. In this example, you'll see UltraServers.

• Click on the profile you want to use for authentication.
• Once selected, your server will be authenticated successfully.

Install Files

• After authentication is complete, you’ll see confirmation with the option to install the files. Click the Install Server Files button.
• The system will proceed to install the necessary files for your Hytale server. Wait for the installation process to finish before starting your server.
