Submit a Support Ticket
In this guide, we will step-by-step show you how to submit a ticket to our support team. You can also ask questions in our Discord server as many of our staff and community support are happy to help.
Access Dashboard
- Go to the dashboard. If you don't know how to access it feel free to read this guide.
- In the top menu bar, click Support.
- Here you can see your previously submitted tickets, and can also submit a new ticket.
Submit a Ticket
- To submit a new ticket, click the + Open New Ticket button in the top right corner.
- Make sure you fill in all the fields are thoroughly to make the resolution easier for the support staff. Below you will find a description of each priority level.
- High - unusable or severely restricting usage
- Medium - Restricting usage
- Low - Doesn’t work quite as expected, general question
Wait for a Response
- Once you have submitted your ticket, your resolution will be pending.
- Once our support team has replied to your ticket, a notification will be sent to your email address.
