Upgrade/Downgrade your Game Server
This guide will show you how to upgrade or downgrade your existing game server. To use this option, your service must have no pending invoices.
Access Panel
- Login to the panel. See Access the Panel for instructions.
- 1 Click the Plans tab to see and modify the plan you want.
- 2 Click on the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade.
Click the Upgrade/Downgrade button
- You will see your server details, such as the due date, payment amount, and more.
- Click the Upgrade/Downgrade button to proceed to the next step.
Select the desired plan
- You can see the monthly prices of each plan and change your billing cycle - for example, switching from monthly to yearly (annual) billing.
- We will demonstrate both an Upgrade and a Downgrade. Skip to the section that is relevant to you.
Upgrade
- Please select the preferred payment method.
- Once you are happy with the details, click Continue.
- An invoice will be generated.
- The payment will be processed automatically if you have sufficient credit or a valid card on file.
- If the payment isn’t processed automatically, you will be redirected to the invoice.
Downgrade
- Downgrades will result in a account credit being issued, which will be automatically applied to your next invoice.
- Since this is a downgrade, it is processed instantly, unlike an Upgrade, which usually requires payment.
- After completing the Upgrade or Downgrade, you will receive an order confirmation indicating that your server plan has been successfully updated.
