Upgrade / Downgrade Game Server
This guide explains how to upgrade or downgrade an existing game server plan, including how billing works for each direction.
Access the Panel
- Log in to the panel. See Access the Panel for instructions.
- 1 Click the Plans tab to see and modify the plan you want.
- 2 Click on the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade.
Start the Plan Change
- The plan details page shows your due date, payment amount, and more.
- Click the Upgrade/Downgrade button to proceed to the next step.
Select the Desired Plan
- Each plan shows its monthly price, and you can change your billing cycle at the same time, for example switching from monthly to yearly (annual) billing.
- The steps differ slightly depending on whether you are upgrading or downgrading; skip to the section that applies to you.
Upgrade
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Once the details look correct, click Continue.
- An invoice will be generated.
- The payment is processed automatically if you have sufficient credit or a valid card on file.
- If the payment is not processed automatically, you will be redirected to the invoice.
Downgrade
- Downgrades result in an account credit being issued, which is automatically applied to your next invoice.
- Because it is a downgrade, it is processed instantly, unlike an Upgrade, which usually requires payment.
- After completing the Upgrade or Downgrade, an order confirmation appears indicating that your server plan has been updated successfully.
