Overdue Invoice
Paying an overdue invoice is simple and secure. You can quickly settle outstanding balances, ensuring uninterrupted access to your game server services.
Access Panel
- Login to the panel. See Access the Panel for instructions.
Navigate to Invoices
- Next, locate the Invoices tab on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click on the same to open the My Invoices page.
- This page will list both paid and unpaid invoices.
Open the Unpaid Invoice
- Select the
UNPAID
status Invoice and click on theID
of the invoice, i.e #XXX, to open it. - It will open the invoice details page.
Review and Confirm
- 1 provides a detailed breakdown of the components of the unpaid invoice.
- Below, you will find the 2 total amount due for payment.
- Review the invoice and then proceed to pay using 3 PayPal or Stripe.
Complete Purchase
- If your payment method is PayPal, click the Pay Now button.
- On the next
Make Payment
page, click the Pay with PayPal button. - Follow the PayPal login procedure properly. Once this procedure concludes, a PayPal account will be added to your Panel.
- After it is added, click the Submit Payment button to complete the payment.
- If your payment method is Stripe, click the Pay Now button.
- On the next
Make Payment
page, you can select the card already added to your account from a previous purchase. - Otherwise, select
Enter New Card Information Below
. You will be asked to fill in your credit/debit card details. - Fill out the form with your credit/debit card details:
- Description: Card description here.
- Card number: 16 digits found on the front of your card.
- Expiry Date: 4 digits expiration date shown on the back of your card.
- CVV/CVC2: 3 digits shown on the back of your card.
- Billing address: add one if you don’t have one yet.
- To confirm your purchase, click the Submit Payment button.
See Invoice
- If successful, you should see your invoice marked as
PAID
. - You can now navigate to the My Invoices page and follow the same procedure to pay any remaining unpaid invoices.
