Affiliates
This guide will walk you through activating your account as an UltraServers Affiliate so you can earn a commission on referrals.
Summary
- We will share 25% of the money we receive for the 1st month of all new orders made via your affiliate link
- Referrals are tracked with 30-day cookies, ensuring you get credit even if they don’t purchase immediately.
- Choose to receive your commission as service credit and get a 20% bonus.
- Direct deposit available with a minimum withdrawal of €25.00EUR.
- Customize your affiliate codes to make them memorable and unique.
- Note: Codes can only be changed before the link is used for the first time.
- Create campaigns to track the performance of specific affiliate links.
Activate Affiliate Account
- Navigate to the 1 Affiliates tab.
- Click on the 2 Activate Affiliate Account.
Affiliate Overview
- In the top section, you will see an overall statistic throughout the lifetime of the account for
- The 1 total number of clicks.
- The 2 total number of unique clicks (this differs from total clicks as some people may click more than once).
- The 3 total number of accounts created through your affiliate campaigns.
- Upon activation, you will automatically be provided a 4 Referral Link that may be used to begin earning commissions.
- The 5 Commissions section will go through the
- Rate: The percentage of each purchase that is earned as a commission.
- Pending: When a purchase is made, it is not immediately available for withdrawal and is placed on temporary hold until the payment falls within our refund policy period.
- Available Balance: How much is available on the account to withdraw.
- Total Withdrawn: How much has been withdrawn over the lifetime of the account.
- The 6 Request Withdrawal button can be used to initiate the withdrawal process once a minimum available balance of €25.00 EUR has been reached.
- There are 7 multiple types of tables available to get a better understanding of how the campaign is performing in practice.
Customize Referral Link
- The 1 referral link can be customized by clicking on the 2 pencil icon.
- Enter the 3 referral code that will be present on all of your campaigns.
- This code cannot be modified once campaign data starts being generated.
- Ideally, it should be something like the channel name, with further segmentation achieved by using individual campaigns on a per-video basis (explained in a section below).
- Click on 4 Update Code to save the code.
- The 5 referral code will now represent your new code.
Create Unique Codes
If you want to know how well a video performed from a commission/affiliate perspective, create a special link that will only be used for that video, so the data is recorded separately.
- Click on 1 Your Campaigns.
- Click on 2 Create Campaign.
- Give the campaign a 3 Name/code.
- Optionally, give it a 4 Description.
- Click on 5 Add Campaign.
- The 6 campaign will be successfully created and the new code will be appended to it. This is the link you should use for that particular video.
- The code can be copied using the 7 copy button.
- The campaign can be 8 modified or deleted at any time.
